This service is designed to help customers assess their existing environment. The assessment service is best when you are assuming responsibility for someone else's environment, needing to document an existing environment, or validating an environment against the expected standards. Environment assessments are available for Citrix XenApp or XenDesktop environments, Microsoft Azure cloud, Amazon AWS cloud, Ivanti AppSense, Security Vulnerabilities, or Targeted Penetration (Pen) Testing. The issue resolution project will take a targeted look at the key areas of the environment that could be responsible for the issue. These services provide detailed reports of the current status of the environment and recommended changes to reach the desired state.

vGenii Responsibilities
The following is a list of services that vGenii staff will provide during the course of the assessment or issue resolution project.

• Review your assessment or issue resolution request with the team
• Identify the stakeholders and define the parameters of the project
• Develop a project plan to meet the requirements and obtain stakeholder approval
• Meet with the team members to assess the environment as necessary
• Provide a report detailing the findings of the assessment
• Provide a list of recommend changes to the environment

Customer Responsibilities
With this project the customer is responsible for any activities not specifically identified above, including but not limited to the following activities:

• Provide access to key personnel as necessary to perform assessment or research the issue
• Provide administrative access, directly or via a team member's access, to the systems involved in the assessment or resolution project
• Provide Active Directory support, such as access to GPO configuration, user accounts, and group management as needed
• Assist in reproducing the issue for the issue resolution project
• Review provided documentation
